What format are your movies in?
All our movies are in Windows Media format (WMV) format
to ensure compatibility with most operating systems. You
don't need to download crazy movie players with never ending
offers for upgrades and paying services. Windows Media format
(WMV) format also let you watch the movie files as you're
downloading them and you'll be able to play them anytime
you want from your computer drive.
Can I download the movies?
Sure, for personal use you can save them on your local computer.
To save a movie right click on a video link and select "save
target as..."
How do I cancel my membership?
If you signed up with
CCBill you can easily go to their pages (CCBill
support) and cancel your membership immediately. If
you're having any problems, just email the webmaster of this
site with your username and password and the user name you
used to sign up and he will cancel it from here and send you
an email confirming it has been done.
Does my membership rebill automatically?
If you joined by chosing for recuring option you will be charged
every month. Your membership will rebill automatically until
you request it to be cancelled. If you joined using single
billing option you will not
be rebilled and your membership will expired after one month
of access.
My username or password is rejected
- what do I do now?
If this happens (and it is very rare) then mail asap!! with
your username, password and the email address you signed up
with. Occasionally it can be caused by members picking too
obvious usernames and passwords (like username and password)
and someone guessing it and then traded it. Or you shared
your unique Username and password with your friends and its
been blocked. The other possibility (and the least likely)
is that a hacker has used their many methods and have latched
on to your username and password and then shared it with the
world. Our Fraud software would block it as a result. In any
case, email the webmaster and he will look into it ASAP! 
Can I share my password with
my friends?
Membership is individual and non-transferable. We will cancel
your account if we encounter any suspicious behavior. Our
IP Fraud software would block it as a result.
Username and Password Issues:
If you are experiencing problems accessing the website with
your username and password please read the following advice.
- Your username and password are CaSe SenSiTiVe so you
must ensure you entering them in the correct upper or
lower case letters. For example, a username of "MyUsername"
will not work if you enter it as "myusername".
- If you have forgotten your username and/or password
you can retrieve them from the
CCBill Support Website. You will need to enter your
email address, credit card number or subscription number.
- If you are unable to retrieve your username or password
from the CCBill Support Website, or your password is not
allowing you to enter the website, please contact
